Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a Residential Sales Manager for our Barnard Marcus team in Enfield. You will win new instructions, list properties, and deliver excellent customer service while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator).
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
