Connells Group in Frome is seeking a Lettings Manager to lead a high-performing Frome lettings team within Allen & Harris, part of the UK's leading property services group.

You will drive performance, develop staff, build landlord and tenant relationships, and contribute to market share growth while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management capability.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong business generation skills in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Join our team as a Lettings Manager at Allen & Harris in Frome, leading a successful branch with the backing of the UK’s leading property services group and excellent opportunities to develop your career.

Your Role:

As Lettings Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Frome residential lettings team. You will lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive market share and ensure outstanding service for landlords and tenants.

You will oversee day-to-day lettings operations, support valuations and listings, and build strong, long-term relationships within the local property market. This is a hands-on leadership role where you can make a real impact while progressing your career.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management capability
• A track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Strong business generation skills within a target-driven environment
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
