• Experience in estate agency roles such as Lister, Valuer, Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent.
• Confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer care and service orientation.
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new listings and instructions.
• Build rapport with customers through a friendly, positive and professional approach.
• Carry out rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Contribute to the overall success of the lettings team through proactive business generation.
