Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking an ambitious Associate – Lettings Consultant to join the Lettings Completion Solutions team in London. The hybrid role combines client relationship management, property acquisition, and lettings negotiation to grow the portfolio and maximise revenue opportunities.

The successful candidate will secure new instructions, oversee lettings from instruction to completion, and collaborate with landlords, developers and relocation agents to deliver an exceptional client

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience within residential lettings.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and negotiating successful lettings transactions.
• Experience conducting market appraisals, landlord meetings and business development activities.
• Strong understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrable ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, developers and introducers to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and secure new property instructions through proactive business development activities.
• Conduct market appraisals and instruction meetings, providing clients with expert advice on pricing and marketing strategy.
• Grow the team's market share by identifying opportunities to win new instructions across London.
• Negotiate offers and tenancy terms, securing the best possible outcome for clients.
• Drive transactions from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
