Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking an ambitious Associate to join the Lettings Completion Solutions Team in London. The role combines client relationship management, property acquisition, and lettings negotiation to secure new instructions and oversee lettings from instruction to completion.

You will work with landlords, private clients, developers and relocation agents to grow the portfolio, maximise revenue, and deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the lettings journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience within residential lettings.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and negotiating lettings.
• Experience conducting market appraisals, landlord meetings and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors and developers to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Drive transactions from enquiry through to completion and coordinate with compliance teams to ensure smooth lettings.
