Cluttons LLP in London’s Tower Bridge office is recruiting a Lettings Negotiator to join our lettings team. You will help achieve monthly and annual targets through collaboration with colleagues and by delivering excellent customer service to landlords and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities include registering applicants, arranging viewings, issuing offer letters, attending market appraisals, updating property details, and supporting the Lettings Manager to grow the client base and generate

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or property negotiations is preferred.
• Strong sales ability and client-facing skills.
• Excellent organisation and time-management.
• Motivated to meet targets and progress career.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal lettings targets.
• Register applicants and capture key requirements from conversations.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Issue offer confirmation letters with agreed terms.
• Attend market appraisals and update property details.
• Support Lettings Manager to generate new business.
• Develop relationships with existing clients.
• Present to potential clients when required.
