Zusammenfassung

KPI Education is recruiting a Lettings & Premises Officer for a renowned North West London secondary school in Wembley. You will manage school facilities, external lettings and site operations, ensuring safety, security and smooth daily running.

This permanent role requires a practical, hands-on individual with premises experience, strong customer service and the ability to coordinate bookings, maintain records and support events, evenings, weekends and school holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in caretaking, premises management, facilities, security, lettings or a similar operational environment.
• Practical understanding of general maintenance and basic repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and school holidays.
• Understanding of health and safety responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Facilities & Site Management: Ensuring school buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, secure, clean and well maintained.
• Lettings Coordination: Supporting the organisation and delivery of external bookings, including sports facilities, community activities and venue hire.
• Customer Service: Acting as a welcoming and professional point of contact for external hirers, contractors and visitors.
• Security & Access: Managing building access, opening and closing procedures, alarm systems and routine security checks.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Completing minor repairs, routine inspections and general caretaking duties.
• Health & Safety: Supporting fire safety, safeguarding procedures, emergency arrangements and site compliance.
• Booking Administration: Maintaining accurate records, coordinating bookings and supporting the smooth running of the school's lettings system.
• Event Support: Preparing facilities before bookings, supervising their use and ensuring spaces are returned to the required standard afterwards.
