Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an Enquiry & Viewings Property Manager in the UK, based in Sheffield. You will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to move-in, handling enquiries, qualifying leads and converting prospects into lettings.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a commercial mindset. You will conduct in-person and virtual viewings, maintain CRM records, and support occupancy targets while delivering a personalised customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lettings or customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, organised and commercially driven.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, resilient and target-focused.
• Experience in student or professional lettings is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence where required for viewings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage enquiries across phone, email, website and property portals.
• Qualify prospective tenants and match them with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct engaging in-person and virtual viewings.
• Follow up enquiries and viewings to maximise conversions.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, parents and guarantors.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the enquiry pipeline.
• Convert enquiries into applications and signed tenancies.
• Support occupancy and letting targets.
• Provide a professional, proactive and personalised customer experience.
