Walker & Sloan is seeking a Lettings Consultant / Property Manager in Leeds. This role blends lettings, property management and customer service within a respected independent agency known for its local reputation and supportive team.

You will generate viewings, organise valuations, handle landlord and tenant inquiries, coordinate repairs, and help manage a growing residential portfolio while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Generating and conducting property viewings.
• Booking and arranging market appraisals/valuations.
• Delivering excellent front-end customer service to landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with contractors.
• Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Supporting the wider branch team with general lettings administration and enquiries.
• Building strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
