Job summary

haart Estate Agents Guildford is seeking an ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to own and grow a thriving office. You will lead the lettings team, drive performance, and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

The role offers a generous earnings opportunity with uncapped commission and a structured career path. Fully committed to training, progression, and industry qualifications, you will work 8:30am–6pm, with Saturday hours on a rotating basis, and enjoy benefits including

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Proven ability to grow lettings business while maintaining compliance and high service standards

Responsibilities

• Lead daily lettings team meetings and drive KPI performance
• Coach and develop team to improve results and pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate offers and renewals, manage viewings with tenant needs

An exciting opportunity has opened up in Guildford for an ambitious Lettings Manager ready to take ownership of a fantastic office and lead it from strength to strength. You will be responsible for inspiring and developing your team, growing the lettings business, building strong landlord relationships and driving exceptional results. How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Guildford:

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  

Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitorsA strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
• Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
  

The Finer Details:

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software.

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
