Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Dulwich is seeking an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to lead our Dulwich office and drive performance. You will inspire a talented lettings team, coach to KPI targets, and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to deliver outstanding results.

You will benefit from a competitive commission scheme, ongoing training, and clear career progression within a respected brand. Full-time hours Mon–Fri with Saturdays on rotation.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Residential lettings experience at senior level.
• Strong customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to develop business plans for the branch.
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation.
• Ability to work to KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily lettings team meetings.
• Coach team to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor individual performance and conduct reviews.
• Drive new and repeat business development.
• Maintain landlord and tenant relationships.
• Arrange viewings in line with tenant needs.
• Negotiate offers and new tenancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Dulwich:

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
• Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
