Job summary

Property Sense, based in Stockport, is seeking a motivated Lettings Associate to join our team. The role involves chatting with prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and guiding applicants through the tenancy process.

You will travel to developments across the country from our central Stockport office. We offer an environment for growth in property, lettings, sales, or customer service within a fast-paced, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential lettings, estate agency, or customer service (BTR is a bonus).
• Organised with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable travelling within an hour of the business.
• Be able to prioritise.
• Confident speaking on the phone and in person. You’ll be friendly and great with people.
• A team player, collaborating with wider departments to achieve group goals.
• Proactive, target-driven, and results-focused.
• Confident using CRMs (Street), portals like Rightmove/OTM, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Start the conversation - Chat with potential tenants via phone, email, WhatsApp and in person.
• Lead the tour - Showcase our developments and help people picture their next home.
• Make moving simple - Own the tenancy application process from start to finish, keeping it smooth and transparent.
• Follow up, every time - Be reactive and stay on top of enquiries, ensuring no lead is left behind.
