Lift Firth Park is seeking a Lettings Officer to connect our school with the community, oversee bookings and promote use of facilities to raise essential revenue for our educational mission.

The Lettings Officer arranges community venue hires, promotes school facilities for external use, processes bookings, and acts as the primary point of contact for hirers. Combining exceptional customer service with efficient administrativeyou will ensure our site facilities are utilised effectively while upholding rigorous safeguarding, security, and health and safety standards.
You’ll be the main point of contact for anyone looking to hire our facilities. That means responding to enquiries, managing bookings, issuing contracts, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Flexibility is important here, thisrole includes some evening and weekend work depending on the schedule.
