Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Answering the telephone and managing messages/information.
  • Booking viewings with potential tenants.
  • Conducting property viewings with customers at rental properties.
  • Meeting and greeting customers and clients.
  • Preparing marketing materials, diaries, and keys for accompanied viewings.
  • Dealing with general enquiries.
  • Ensuring all literature, websites, and windows are up to date at all times.
  • Assisting lettings negotiators with tenancy agreements and tenant sign-ups.
  • Supporting team members with administrative tasks.
  • Handling tenant queries effectively.
  • Updating the lettings diary.
  • Managing social media updates.
  • Performing office administration duties.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet usage.
  • Well-presented, articulate, with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment.
