Service Service in Norwich is seeking a Part-time Lettings Property Manager to oversee tenancy relets, move-ins/move-outs and property inspections. The role requires own car with a driving licence and involves coordinating repairs with staff while maintaining records in the CRM system.

The position offers a pro rata salary of £26,000 per year, dependent on experience, with responsibilities across a busy, friendly team. Parking is provided on-site.

• Manage tenancy relets
• Tenancy Move outs arrange tenancy move outs and deal with any dilapidations
• Inventories prepare property inventories and photographs
• Inspect properties as necessary to ensure they are being maintained and looked after, coordinate repair work with admin staff
• Report on any problems and record them on CRM system
• Organise any remedial action with tenants
• Resolve serious problems with tenants, organise evictions where necessary
