Job summary

TipTopJob in Meltham, Huddersfield is seeking a Lettings Administrator/Negotiator to manage the lettings process. The role is based in HD9 with Monday to Friday hours and Saturday shifts on a rotation, offering a salary of £26,000 per annum.

You will handle valuations, viewings, applications, tenancy agreements, inventories, move-in packs and property inspections, while coordinating with utility providers and bonds. Closing date: 10 May 2026.
