Job summary

Pear Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Administrator (Maternity Cover 1 Year) in Marylebone, London. Salary £30,000–£34,000, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm. You will manage paperwork for new lettings from offer to move-in and support the lettings team in a fast-paced property environment.

Ideal candidates have a background in administration within residential property or similar sales, with strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail. ARLA Level 3 is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Background as an administrator in residential property or sales environments.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Interest in property and willingness to work in a lettings team.

Responsibilities

• Drafting paperwork for new tenancies.
• Submitting reference requests for prospective tenants.
• Registering deposits.
• Arranging Gas Safety certificates and EPCs.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and agents to ensure paperwork is completed.
• Arranging inventory check-ins and floor plans/photos.
• Drawing up invoices.
• Support the team with day-to-day admin tasks.
