Job summary

Pear Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Administrator for a 1-year maternity cover in central London, based in Marylebone. The role focuses on managing and progressing letting paperwork from offer to move-in in a prime residential area.

Ideal candidates will have prior administration experience within residential property or sales, excellent organisation, and strong communication. ARLA Level 3 is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator in residential property or sales.
• Able to meet defined timescales and deadlines.
• Close attention to detail and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft tenancy paperwork from offer to move-in.
• Submit reference requests for prospective tenants.
• Register deposits for new lets.
• Arrange Gas Safety certificates and EPCs.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and agents to complete paperwork.
• Arrange inventory check-ins, photos and floor plans.
• Draft and issue invoices.
• Provide team support as needed.
