Job summary

Pear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a 9-12 month maternity cover in Loughton. The role oversees day-to-day management of a property portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a high level of service, with duties including maintenance, compliance and contractor liaison.

Qualifications

• Property management experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee property repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely completion.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers, obtain quotations and monitor expenditure within budgets.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Support compliance with health, safety and building regulations, maintain records with Fixflo.
• Serve as main contact for landlords and tenants, handling repair requests professionally.
• Bank reconciliations and other account duties as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data base.
