Job summary

Connells Group in Oxford's Rose Hill is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our Allen & Harris lettings team. You will deliver excellent service to tenants, generate rental valuations, conduct property viewings and negotiate terms, progressing lets to move-in.

Qualifications

• Ideally have lettings or sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
