Job summary

Connells Group in Dover invites applications for a Lettings Negotiator. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving rental lettings, valuations, and viewings.

You will negotiate terms, progress lets to move-in, and contribute to a high-performance lettings team. Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
