Letting Advisor - Clarkston, Glasgow (Full Time)

This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland's leading independent agent and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide award-winning service.

We are seeking a property professional who is well presented, professional, personable and a team member who is pro-active in their approach to all aspects of our business.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent computer and communication skills.

Acting as a key point of contact for our Landlord clients and applicant Tenants, the role will be primarily customer focused; on the telephone, answering online enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office.

The role is part of a small client facing letting team responsible for new tenancy creation, administration, viewings, liaising with Landlord clients and Tenants regarding the marketing of rental properties, negotiation of new tenancies ensuring property compliance is in place and carrying out tenant applicant referencing, so organisation and strong administration skills are key.

Full Time - Core hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
