Job summary

Clyde, part of Lomond, is expanding its market leading Clarkston team and inviting applications for a Letting Advisor. You’ll handle daily administration, greet clients, respond to enquiries and support the rental property launch process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administration – manage correspondence, update records, support office operations and manage property keys.
• Be the first point of contact – respond to enquiries, answer telephone calls and welcome clients professionally.
• Support the team – collaborate to ensure smooth workflows and high service standards.
• Help coordinate rental property launches – manage pre-market activity, marketing materials, and compliance.
• Maintain accuracy and organisation – ensure documentation is compliant and processes are followed.
