Job summary

Clyde Property Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Home Sales Advisor to join our West End office. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling enquiries by phone, online and face-to-face, and supporting the sales process.

The successful candidate will be proactive, well presented and possess strong communication and sales skills. A driving licence is beneficial and IT skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Experience in estate agency or sales advantageous.

• A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.

Home Sales Advisor – West End, Glasgow (Full Time)

This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent estate agency and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide 2025 award winning service.

We are seeking a professional, well presented, personable and pro‑active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. Acting as first point of contact, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries and dealing with our clients face to face in the office. This role is far more than just a frontline role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their estate agency career.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication and sales skills.

Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in estate agency or sales would be very advantageous.

A full UK Driving Licence would be beneficial.

Core Hours of work;

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

(35 hours per week)

Flexibility required to participate in an office rota to cover opening hours.

Annual Salary – Competitive / DOE
