Job summary

Eckington School is seeking a Lesson Supervisor to support pupils across the curriculum and help maintain a positive learning environment. You will supervise tasks set by teachers and manage classroom behaviour to foster engagement and progress.

The successful candidate should show strong numeracy and literacy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an interest in working with young people in a school setting.

Job description

Our team of lesson supervisors work across the whole curriculum and they also provide support to students as needed. You will supervise the work that has been set by the teacher and manage the behaviour of pupils in the classroom to ensure a positive learning environment. The successful applicant will need to have very good numeracy and literacy skills as well as excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Experience of working with young people in a school setting is desirable.,
