Job summary

Handepay, part of the PayPoint Group, is seeking a Commercial Product Manager for Lending. You will devise, launch and grow new lending products for small business and mid-corporate customers, working with third party providers and internal teams.

You’ll lead cross-functional delivery, forecast data-driven targets, and influence pricing and growth levers. The role offers hybrid work with 3 days in the office, based at Haydock or Welwyn Garden City.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product or Partnerships roles, ideally Financial Services/Lending.
• Experience delivering product plans with external partners and internal teams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse performance; Excel essential.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for growth and challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Owns the development and delivery of the new Lending product and commercial roadmap.
• Defines and prioritises a backlog of growth initiatives.
• Influences end-to-end product lifecycle for newly launched and established lending products.
• Leads cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
• Makes commercial decisions on pricing, proposition and growth levers.
• Acts as a subject matter expert across the organisation.
• Engages with external partners to build market knowledge and network.
• Liaises with external product partners to deliver activity on plan.
• Maintains project management to ensure timely delivery.
• Provides support to shape future Lending strategy.
