Job summary

Assiniboine Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Manager, Lending Operations to lead the Consumer and Commercial Administration teams with a focus on member experience, accuracy, and efficiency. The role reports to the Manager, Lending Operations and supports ACU’s values-based banking and community initiatives.

Hybrid work arrangement, with expectations to work from the St. Anne’s Road Head Office regularly.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in business is preferred.
• Experience in financial services or administration is advantageous.
• Knowledge of lending policies and procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Consumer and Commercial Administration teams.
• Promote member service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure training, policy knowledge and onboarding are effective.
