Allica Bank is hiring a Credit Operations Officer to manage post-sanction administration for a portfolio of lending cases, from offer through drawdown and completion. You will work with Relationship Managers, legal and valuation panels, and Underwriting to drive efficient completions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high standard customer experiences in fast-paced banking/fintech environments.
• Knowledge of commercial lending processes and post-sanction administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sanction administration for Commercial Mortgages, GGS loans, overdrafts, and business loans.
• Satisfy Conditions Precedent and support completions with stakeholders.
• Manage a pipeline of cases ensuring SLA adherence and quality expectations.
• Maintain relationships with legal and valuation panel partners for timely exchanges.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Relationship Managers to progress cases.
• Maintain clear records and sanction audit trails for MI and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
• Communicate essential information to team members and senior management for informed decisions.
• Support wider lending teams, including cross-skilling across Asset Finance.
