Job summary

Arbuthnot Latham seeks an Asset Based Lending - Client Manager Assistant to support the management of client portfolios, ensure data accuracy, and help deliver effective risk management strategies. You will build strong client relationships, assist with onboarding, and support daily operations including payments, reconciliations, and reporting.

Ideally you will have experience in lending, a good command of Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables), and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of providing Client Portfolio support in a Lending environment.
• Experience of asset based lending products beneficial.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities whilst maintaining accuracy, quality and client focus.
• Strong organisational skills and good analytical thinking.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel pivot tables.
• Experience of a lending or accounts operating system beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of all clients within the assigned portfolio.
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients at facility management level.
• Set up new facilities and maintain details of existing clients.
• Handle client payments and reconcile trust accounts.
• Onboard new clients in line with ABL procedures.
• Support Client Manager in visits and annual reviews.
• Produce client reports and ensure data integrity for risk management.
