Job summary

Haulfryn Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Leisure Team Leader to manage a diverse leisure team at Finlake Holiday Park in the UK. You will supervise lifeguards, activity leaders, receptionists and cleaners, and you’ll drive high standards of service while ensuring guest safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Gym, leisure, fitness, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Focus on delivering great guest experiences.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within leisure operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support leisure team members including lifeguards, activity leaders, receptionists, and cleaners.
• Provide visible leadership and drive high standards of service and professionalism.
• Oversee daily operations of gym, leisure and spa facilities in a safe, welcoming environment.
• Maintain health and safety standards including pool safety, checks, and records.
• Assist with activities programme, delivering engaging sessions for guests.
• Mentor, train and support team development and performance.
• Handle guest queries and feedback to ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborate with the Leisure Manager to ensure smooth leisure facility operations.
