Job summary

Away Resorts Ltd is seeking a Guest Services, Sports and Leisure host at Cleethorpes Pearl Holiday Park to welcome guests, answer questions and ensure they have a fantastic holiday experience. The role requires a friendly, proactive approach and weekend/holiday availability.

You will be part of a dynamic team at a popular UK resort, delivering attentive service while promoting a fun, family-friendly environment and the Away Resorts ethos. Seasonal hours apply.

Qualifications

• Be engaging, happy and helpful; able to make each and every guest feel special.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly welcome to guests and assist with enquiries to ensure a great stay.
• Answer guests' questions and help them have a wonderful time during their holiday.
• Be available to guests on weekends and bank holidays as holidays operate on peak times.

Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week full time

Hours: Seasonal contract - Variable Hours

Salary: £12.71 per hour - Paid Weekly!

We need you to be the person who delivers delight when guests come for your help.Being incredibly friendly, answering guests’ questions and making sure that everyone is having a great time.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We’ll provide training, but you must:
