Village Hotels - London Watford - Leisure is seeking an experienced Leisure Team Leader to act as the operational anchor on the floor, coaching Leisure Assistants and ensuring the club looks immaculate. You will make quick decisions in managers' absence and keep members happy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast paced leisure environment is essential.
• Attitude, emotional intelligence and natural leadership matter more than formal credentials.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Leadership: run the shift as the visible leader on gym and pool floor.
• The Guest Experience: handle member complaints and solve practical problems on the spot.
• The Team Development: assist with rotas, training and inductions to grow team members.
• The Operational Standards: enforce health and safety rules and keep the club clean and ready for every shift.
