Village Hotel - Sheffield is launching a new Leisure Club Membership Advisor role. You will drive commercial success by capturing leads, managing a busy database, and closing memberships.

If you are friendly, energetic, and enjoy interacting with diverse guests, you will receive full training and support to hit targets and grow the member base. A realistic OTE of up to £5k annually with uncapped potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is great, but your attitude and energy matter more to us.

Responsibilities

• Capture leads and manage a busy database to grow memberships.
• Hit daily call targets and close sales to grow the membership base.
• Conduct engaging sales tours and offer tailored advice to sign up new members.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and guest experience.
