Job summary

MHDV is seeking a National Account Manager for Leisure & Golf to drive revenue growth across two brands. The role is field-based with national travel, managing an account portfolio and developing a comprehensive Leisure & Golf sales strategy with support from the Head of National Sales.

You will build relationships with leisure and golf clients, collaborate with hotel teams, and execute strategic plans to penetrate and grow markets nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record achieving sales targets within leisure and/or golf.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts across hotels and regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage key leisure and golf accounts and develop plans to hit revenue targets.
• Target markets including Golf Tour Operators, Leisure Tour Operators and FIT agents.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to increase conversion and market penetration.
• Execute sales action plans for leisure and golf markets.
• Build relationships with leisure and golf clients and agents.
• Report on account performance and pipeline; analyse market trends.
