Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd invites applications for a Leisure Club Team Member at Crowne Plaza London Docklands in East London. The role is a part-time 24 hours per week contract, focusing on delivering friendly, guest-centred service and driving club membership.

You will ensure safety, assist guests, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy environment. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest needs while supporting team operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety is the main priority at all times.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to promote club membership and maximise service opportunities.
• Create and seize sales opportunities to maximise club revenue; answer calls promptly.
• Carry out water quality tests and respond to results.
• Keep club and changing facilities clean at all times.
• Open and close the club according to procedures; manage cash handling.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly; perform any reasonable task requested by the Leisure Club Manager and team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEISURE CLUB TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

Part time: 24 hours contract (3 days p/w)

What you'll be doing...

To ensure that our guests’ safety is the main consideration at all times.

To provide a friendly and courteous service to encourage membership of the club and to maximise the service opportunities for guests to ensure return visits.

• To create and take advantage of sales opportunities in order to maximise club revenue, answering telephones promptly and correctly to maximise business and minimise guest frustration.
• To carry out water quality tests and react to results.
• To ensure the club including changing facilities are clean at all times.
• To open and close the club in accordance with club procedures.
• To be responsible for monies taken, tills cashed up and placed in safe in accordance with hotel procedures.
• To ensure general day to day operations are completed to ensure smooth and efficient running of the club.
• Any reasonable task asked of you by the Leisure Club Manager, supervisor, senior hotel employees and colleagues
