Village Hotels Coventry is seeking a friendly Leisure Receptionist to welcome guests and manage bookings at the Leisure Club. You will be the face of the club, handle enquiries, and ensure smooth desk operations while maintaining high standards of presentation.

Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but attitude and energy matter most. You will receive training and opportunities to grow within a busy team that values ownership and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the club, greeting members and guests
• Run the desk efficiently and record booking details accurately
• Ensure only bona fide members and guests gain entry
• Maintain a clean reception area and presentable appearance
• Master product knowledge across the hotel and assist with promotions
