As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will collaborate with the Leisure team to ensure our guests and members have an exceptional experience. Teamwork is essential; you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service. You should be engaged, move with purpose, serve with enthusiasm, and understand the key performance indicators your team is measured against, working diligently to positively influence these during your shift.

Based at the Mercure Chester Abbots Well Hotel, you will be part of a passionate team that values quality over clock-watching.
