The Opportunity

The Barnet Group is looking for compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistants/ Care Companions to support individuals in the diverse and vibrant communities of Barnet. In this casual role, youll enjoy the flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours that suit your schedule.

Whether youre a student, a parent, or looking for additional income, this role offers a balance of purpose and flexibility.

As a Care Companion, youll play an essential role in helping people live as independently as possible. Youll assist with:

Daily activities at home, such as food preparation and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment

Administrative tasks and attending appointments or social events

Shopping or running errands

Occasionally providing personal care or looking after pets
