Valor Hospitality invites applications for a Leisure Club Assistant at Crowne Plaza Nottingham. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality leisure experience, assisting guests, and maintaining facilities to be clean, safe, and welcoming.

You will support pool and gym supervision, contribute to group classes and personal sessions, and handle front desk tasks like bookings and payments. A First Aid certification and strong customer service are valued assets.

Formación

• Customer service experience in a guest-facing role, preferably leisure or hospitality.
• First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional approach.
• Keep leisure facilities clean, safe and well-maintained.
• Monitor pool and gym activities to ensure safety.
• Assist with delivery of leisure and fitness programmes and sessions.
• Handle front desk duties: bookings, payments, memberships.
• Regularly check health and safety compliance and report issues.
