Job summary

Fife Sports and Leisure Trust is seeking a Permanent Full-time Centre Manager to assist the Area Leisure Manager with the efficient and effective management of a designated Sport and Leisure Centre across Fife.

The role requires PVG scheme membership, strong leadership, and the ability to develop staff while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health and safety and customer service. Training opportunities will be provided as part of a development pathway.

Qualifications

• PVG clearance and scheme membership required.
• Relevant experience in a similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage centre staff, including deployment, attendance, and development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health and safety at the centre.
• Support development of the centre programme and promote activities on publicity boards.
• Applications will be considered as a development opportunity and training will be provided.
