Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

• Willingness to work shift patterns including early/late and weekends.
• Disclosure Scotland clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and ensure they enjoy their visit.
• Support customer safety as a main responsibility.
• Carry out general cleaning duties, set up and dismantle equipment, and prepare for events.
• Work as part of a team and maintain a helpful approach with customers.
