North Lanarkshire Council is based in Airdrie Leisure Centre and seeks staff to assist visitors and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. NLC 3 £27,455 to £28,533 (Plus Additional Non-Core Hours Payments)
Based in Airdrie Leisure Centre your main task will be to assist our customers and ensure that they enjoy their visit. Customer safety will be your main responsibility. A variety of tasks will be undertaken in relation to the efficient operation of the venue including general cleaning duties, setting up and dismantling equipment and preparation for events.
You will work as part of a team, have a pleasant manner, good communication skills with a helpful approach when dealing with our customers, showing commitment to customer service.
You will require to become a Disclosure Scotland member and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
The work pattern for this role will be a 6-week pattern including early/late and weekend shifts. This will be discussed further at interview.
