Mitie Group plc. is seeking a customer-focused Leisure Attendant for East Leake Leisure Centre in Leicestershire.

The role is permanent and part-time (7.25 hours per week) with a rate of £12.71 per hour, located at East Leake Leisure Centre, Lantern Lane, East Leake, Loughborough, LE12 6QN. The successful candidate will ensure the safety of all users, especially pool users, and perform tasks including cleaning, lifeguarding, equipment setup, and first aid.

Qualifications

• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Willingness to attend lifeguard training monthly.

We are looking for a customer focused Leisure Assistant to take responsibility for ensuring the safety of all users of the Leisure Centre, with particular attention being made to those utilising the pool facilities.

You will be required to work as part of a team and individually to perform a variety of tasks, including cleaning, lifeguarding, setting up sports equipment, administering first aid. You will also be expected to complete additional duties assigned to you by your line manager.

The ideal candidate for this position will hold a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and will be enthusiastic in attending lifeguard training on a monthly basis.
