Mitie Group plc. is seeking a customer-focused Leisure Attendant for East Leake Leisure Centre in Leicestershire.

The role is permanent and part-time (7.25 hours per week) with a rate of £12.71 per hour, located at East Leake Leisure Centre, Lantern Lane, East Leake, Loughborough, LE12 6QN. The successful candidate will ensure the safety of all users, especially pool users, and perform tasks including cleaning, lifeguarding, equipment setup, and first aid.

Qualifications

• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Willingness to attend lifeguard training monthly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all leisure centre users, with focus on pool facilities.
• Work as part of a team and individually to perform cleaning, lifeguarding, equipment setup, and first aid.
• Complete additional duties as directed by line manager.
