Job summary

Ardoe House Hotel in Aberdeen is seeking a friendly and responsible Leisure Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and smooth running of our leisure facilities while delivering excellent guest service.

You will welcome members and guests, maintain gym, pool, and changing areas, monitor safety, report faults, and support the leisure team during events and peak times to uphold our high standards of Scottish hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests in the leisure facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all leisure areas including gym, pool, and changing rooms
• Monitor the safety of guests using the leisure facilities and report any hazards or incidents
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any faults or maintenance needs
• Enforce health and safety and facility rules to maintain a safe environment
• Support the leisure team during events, classes, and busy periods
• Respond promptly and professionally to member and guest inquiries
• Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies in the leisure areas
• Follow all operational procedures and comply with health and safety regulations
