Haulfryn is seeking a Leisure Assistant - Lifeguard at Finlake Holiday Park to safeguard guests in both indoor and outdoor pools. The role requires a valid NPLQ certificate and strong guest-facing skills.

You will deliver engaging activities, maintain high safety and cleanliness standards, and assist guests with enquiries. Flexible hours including weekends and evenings are expected.

• Lifeguard qualification required; ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lifeguard indoor and/or outdoor pools; ensure guest safety.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Deliver engaging activity sessions for guests.
• Set up and pack away leisure equipment between activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool and leisure areas.
• Assist guests with general enquiries and provide positive experience.

Are you a NPLQ qualified lifeguard looking for an opportunity in a dynamic and welcoming environment? At Haulfryn, we're looking for a Leisure Assistant - Lifeguard to support our Finlake Holiday Park, ensuring our pools and leisure facilities are safe, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.,

• Lifeguard our indoor and/or outdoor swimming pools, ensuring the safety of all guests and responding to emergencies as required
• Ensure all health and safety standards are followed and upheld at all times
• Deliver engaging activity sessions, ensuring guests have a fun and safe experience
• Set up and pack away leisure equipment efficiently between activities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the leisure facilities, including pool areas
• Support guests with general enquiries and ensure they have a positive experience at our facilities
• A Valid NPLQ Certificate (Essential)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages
• A positive, professional attitude with great teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings

We're seeking a responsible, proactive team player who is passionate about guest safety and leisure activities. You'll have:

• Previous activity leadership experience (Desirable)
• GB Archery Award or similar activity coaching qualification (Desirable)
