Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd seeks a Site based Air Conditioning Engineer in Leicester to join a national facilities management organisation serving FMCG clients.

You will maintain, service and troubleshoot multiple HVAC systems, work on-site with an on-call rota, and benefit from training and progression opportunities within a supportive team. Core hours are 40 per week with 25 days leave and a competitive pension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role in facilities management.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Regulations certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and troubleshoot a variety of air conditioning systems including split, VRV/VRF and chillers.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning coils and replacing filters.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Inspect HVAC systems and coordinate with maintenance teams for upgrades.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
