Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor / Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts across the North West. You will perform risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and undertake plumbing and water hygiene tasks on site.

You will travel to multiple sites, produce detailed technical reports and schematic drawings, highlight remedial works, carry out TMV replacements and disinfections, and act as a professional client liaison to ensure compliant

Qualifications

• Must hold the City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Diverse experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments, plumbing and water hygiene tasks.
• Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Confident in producing bespoke technical reports.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Flexible to travel as per client needs.

Responsibilities

• Attending client sites to perform legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
• Highlighting any required remedial works and found risks
• Producing detailed technical reports and schematic drawings
• TMV replacements and servicing
• Deadleg removals
• Showerhead descales
• Cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks
• Flushing on little used outlets
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients
• Representing the company in a professional manner
