Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to travel across the South East of England, performing risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and reporting findings to clients in commercial, healthcare and local authority premises.

Applicants should hold the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing and be familiar with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines; experience with cooling towers is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
• Essential City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Fully conversant with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Advantageous to understand cooling towers and process systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
• Highlight risks and make recommendations for works.
• Produce bespoke technical reports and schematics.
• Contact clients to provide technical advice and support.
• Water sampling and temperature monitoring when required.
