Job summary

Attega Group Ltd is recruiting a Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team in Woolpit. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday 8am–5pm with a salary up to £40k, depending on experience.

You will carry out detailed Legionella risk assessments of domestic and commercial water systems and perform general water hygiene tasks, reporting findings clearly and providing practical remedial actions. A company van and fuel card, 20 days holiday, and a pension are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience conducting LRAs.
• Strong knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274 Parts 1-3.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Legionella risk assessments per guidelines.
• Site surveys of hot/cold water systems and cooling towers.
• Identify risks and provide control measures in written reports.
• Liaise with clients to explain findings and remedial actions.
• Prepare clear risk assessment reports, including diagrams.
• Carry out TMV servicing and sampling.

Are you currently working as a Legionella Risk Assessor?

We are currently recruiting for a Legionella Risk Assessorto join their team.

The main purpose of this Legionella Risk Assessor role is to carry out detailed Legionella risk assessments of domestic and commerical water systems and carry out general Water Hygiene related tasks.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -5pm

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct Legionella risk assessments in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274, and HTM 04-01.
• Undertake site surveys of water systems (hot and cold water systems, cooling towers, etc.).
• Identify potential Legionella risks and provide effective control measures in written reports.
• Liaise with clients to explain findings and offer expert advice on remedial actions and control measures.
• Compile clear, accurate, and comprehensive risk assessment reports, including schematic drawings.
• Carry out TMV servicing and failsafe sampling

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 2 years experience conducting LRAs
• Strong knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274 Parts 1-3
• Experience working within a healthcare setting
• Full UK licence
